Texas Road House

This is, I think, the longest time that I neglected my blog. I've been really busy the past few week. Being back to rowing during weekends, taking some swimming lessons, and still learning how to drive, the one that really frustrates me, because until now, I am still not getting the hang of it and every mistake is causing me a lot of money. Anyway, I still try to do my best until I learned the skill of driving.
This is a super delayed #foodporn post, as this was taken during the birthday of Far-ouT last March 2013. We had our dinner in Texas Road House in Dubai Mall branch.
We were given complimentary peanuts in a bucket

and freshly baked bread while waiting for our main meal.

We have ordered Boneless Buffalo Wings (AED 38). This is hand-breaded all white meat chicken tossed in mild sauce. It was served with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.

Grilled Chicken Salad (AED 49) served crisp cold greens, strips of marinated chicken, freshly shredded jack cheese, chopped egg, diced tomato, beef bacon, red onions, and made-from-scratch croutons,

This is their award-winning beef ribs (half portion, AED 69) - a "blue ribbon' fall-off-the bone ribs that are slow cooked with a unique blend of seasonings and their signature BBQ sauce

We have also tried their sirloin steak (6 oz. AED 53) where you can order and comes in just the right size for our appetite.

And the Birthday boy got the best of it all - Sirloin Steak Combo (AED 87 - with beef ribs)

The ambiance is the typical roadhouse

Transparent Kitchen

The place was jam-packed when we came.

And to you, Happy Birthday, Far-out! He get to ride for free/.

All the best,
